2210 by NattyCanCook is looking for a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join our growing kitchen team. Launched as an exciting new dining concept in London, 2210 has quickly become one of the city’s most exciting restaurants added to the Michelin Guide within just 5 months of opening and recently named one of Condé Nast Traveller’s Top New Restaurants 2026. Led by Nathaniel “NattyCanCook” Mortley, the restaurant is centred around bold flavours, elevated dining and storytelling through food. Natty’s mission is to push Caribbean and multicultural cuisine forward within the fine dining space while creating experiences that bring people together through culture, creativity and hospitality.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a passion for high quality food, strong kitchen discipline and a willingness to grow within an ambitious and fast paced environment.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years professional kitchen experience
- Previous experience in a quality led, fine dining or high volume kitchen preferred
- Strong understanding of kitchen operations and service standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Passion for food, flavour and presentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Running and maintaining your kitchen section during prep and service
- Supporting senior chefs with day to day kitchen operations
- Maintaining high food quality and presentation standards
- Ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards are consistently met
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation
- Working collaboratively within the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service
