2210 by NattyCanCook is looking for an exceptional Head Chef to lead our kitchen team during an exciting stage of growth. Launched as a bold new dining concept in London, 2210 has already made a major impact on the food scene being added to the Michelin Guide within just 5 months of opening and recently named one of Condé Nast Traveller’s Top New Restaurants 2026.

Led by Nathaniel “NattyCanCook” Mortley, 2210 is built around bold flavours, elevated dining, and storytelling through food. Natty’s mission is to push Caribbean and multicultural cuisine forward within the fine dining space, while creating experiences that bring people together through culture, creativity and hospitality.

We are looking for a highly skilled and ambitious Head Chef with a strong fine dining and Michelin-level background who can lead the kitchen with excellence, creativity, and discipline.

Salary: ÂŁ60,000 per year

Minimum: 55 hours per week
