This is a great opportunity to join a small established HR team, working for a reputable organisation supporting in a 360, varied HR position. This role is easily commutable from Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Castle Donington. You will be an integral part of the team, providing professional and confidential employee relations and general HR support across the business. Working Hours Office-based, full-time 37.5 hours, part-time hours are also available. During the holidays there is an opportunity to work from home 1 day a week. Salary Up to £35,000 p.a Role Overview This is a 360, varied role and will involve advising on employee relations matters such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and flexible working requests. You will play a key role in the recruitment and selection of staff, as well as supporting their absence process and dealing with general HR queries.
