Twenty2 Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Business Administrator for a growing disaster restoration business based in Mansfield NG18. This role will primarily be to co-ordinate and manage business processes, supporting overall administrative function across the company, including planning, scheduling and reporting. Monday-Friday 8am-5pm £29k Duties Coordinate, create and review documentation, including procedures, policies, work instructions, and forms. Plan, schedule, and conduct internal audits and inspections. Identify areas improvement, auditing and compliance. Monitor key performance indicators. Promote quality awareness. Prepare and manage audit schedules to support the Head of Operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Ensure that all quality-related documentation is controlled, accessible, and properly archived. Play a key role in the development of quality manuals for all operational aspects of our business.
