Since its inception six years ago, the company has established a strong presence, collaborating with renowned brands such as Hulu, Spotify, Tom Ford, Lexus, and Ritz Carlton across various industries. Known for nurturing relationships with talent and clients, 22 IMPACT's team is celebrated for their expertise in career management and their passion for discovering new talent.
This is a paid, part-time remote position for a Model Development Intern (8 hours per week: two half days on Tuesday and Thursday). You will work directly with our senior management team, assisting with core model division operations including:
- Arranging test shoots
- Organising and maintaining portfolios
- Attending in-person go-sees with clients
- Supporting the development of strategic model initiatives
Additional responsibilities include coordinating model management activities, ensuring timely communication with clients and talent, and participating in day-to-day operations. This role is initially for 3 months, though it could extend into a longer or full-time position depending on performance and business needs.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Creative Arts, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or similar areas
