Since its inception six years ago, the company has established a strong presence, collaborating with renowned brands such as Hulu, Spotify, Tom Ford, Lexus, and Ritz Carlton across various industries. This is a paid, part-time remote position for a Model Development Intern (8 hours per week: two half days on Tuesday and Thursday). You will work directly with our senior management team, assisting with core model division operations including:
- Arranging test shoots
- Organising and maintaining portfolios
- Attending in-person go-sees with clients
- Supporting the development of strategic model initiatives
Additional responsibilities include coordinating model management activities, ensuring timely communication with clients and talent, and participating in day-to-day operations. This role is initially for 3 months, though it could extend into a longer or full-time position depending on performance and business needs.
What You’ll Do
- Arrange and coordinate test shoots with photographers and models from our roster
- Organise and maintain model portfolios
- Attend in-person go-sees with clients (occasional travel within UK)
- Support senior members of the team with day-to-day model division operations
- Coordinate model management activities and ensure effective communication
- Learn and develop expertise in the modelling industry and talent representation

- Based in the United Kingdom

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Fashion, Creative Arts, Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, or similar areas
