22 IMPACT is a global media and management agency covering talent representation, PR, events, and brand campaigns. In six years we've worked with brands including Bentley, Spotify, Tom Ford, Lexus, and Ritz Carlton across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, sport, and entertainment.

We're looking for a Talent Manager to join the team and grow our creator roster, ideally this would be a talent manager who already comes with a roster of creators. You'll manage and develop a portfolio of creators, securing brand partnerships, guiding their careers, and actively signing new talent. The right person is already working with creators they'd bring to 22 IMPACT, and is looking for the infrastructure and brand relationships to take things further.

What the role involves:

  • Day-to-day management of a creator roster
  • Identifying and recruiting new talent
  • Negotiating contracts and securing brand partnerships
  • Providing career guidance and developing growth strategies for each creator
  • Overseeing content collaborations and campaign fulfilment
  • Working cross-functionally across the 22 IMPACT team
  • Reporting directly to the CEO

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in talent management, specifically with creators
  • An existing roster you're looking to move
  • Strong at contract negotiation and commercial conversations
  • Solid understanding of influencer marketing, content trends, and social platforms
  • Excellent communicator across clients, creators, and internal teams
  • Able to work across multiple time zones
  • Based in the UK
