The Role
We're hiring a Senior Talent Manager to lead our talent division. You'll own the strategy, sign premium UK creators exclusively, and win brand partnerships for the roster. As the division grows, junior talent managers will join under you.
What you'll do
• Manage and grow a roster of creators and talent, with a clear strategy for each
• Source and sign new talent exclusively
• Pitch, negotiate and close brand partnerships
• Build relationships with brands and agencies, and a pipeline of work ahead
• Shape the division's strategy and mentor junior managers as the team grows
What we expect you to bring
• Agency experience managing exclusive talent, creators or models
• Brand partnerships you have negotiated and closed
• A network of UK creators, brands and agencies
• A record of signing talent
• A commercial mindset and strong follow-through
Pay
• £3,500 a month base, rising to £6,000 a month after the first three months
• Plus 25% of agency commission on the talent deals you close, with an accelerator for strong quarters and bonuses for new signings
• At target, the first quarter works out at around £67,000 annualised

• Fully remote, with occasional travel for events, meetings etc
