About the Service

We are a specialist recruitment agency launching an exciting wraparound care service designed to provide holistic, person-centred support to children, young people, and their families. This service focuses on early intervention, relationship-based practice, and practical support to help families achieve stability, resilience, and positive outcomes.

The Role

As a Wraparound Support Worker, you will work directly with young people and their families in the community, providing tailored support that responds to their individual needs. You will play a key role in building trusting relationships, promoting wellbeing, and helping families navigate challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 and family-based support to children and young people
  • Deliver practical, emotional, and behavioural support in home and community settings
  • Work collaboratively with families to identify strengths and set achievable goals
  • Support routines, boundaries, education engagement, and emotional regulation
  • Liaise with professionals including social work, education, health, and third-sector services
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care and support plans
  • Promote safeguarding, wellbeing, and positive outcomes at all times

About You

We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who are committed to making a real difference.

Essential:

  • Experience supporting children, young people, or families in a care, support, or community setting
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings or weekends if required
  • A trauma-informed, child-centred approach

Desirable:

  • Qualifications in Health & Social Care, Youth Work, Social Care, or a related field
  • Experience in wraparound care, early intervention, or family support services
  • Knowledge of safeguarding and GIRFEC principles
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
