Salary: £32,350.50 - £37,128.00 per annum (plus additional sleepover and on-call payments)

Salary Structure:

  • Grade 1: £32,350.50 (£16.59 per hour) - Fully qualified Residential Childcare Worker with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Grade 2: £35,158.50 (£18.03 per hour) - SVQ Level 4 qualified
  • Grade 3: £37,128.00 (£19.04 per hour) - SVQ Level 4 qualified and 2 years' experience in the Team Leader role

Additional Payments: One sleepover per week required (£3,690 additional annual)
