About the Role:
21 Health and Social Care (21HSC) are a leading health and social care recruitment agency currently recruiting for experienced and motivated Children & Families Social Worker to join a Practice Team on a locum basis within a progressive Scottish local authority setting. This is a dual-purpose role within the Duty and Child Protection team, combining screening and case management responsibilities. The screening element involves handling a high volume of referrals in a busy, fast-paced environment. The role is suited to someone who is highly organised, proactive, and confident in making timely decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough screening of incoming referrals to assess risk and determine appropriate next steps.
