About the Role

We are actively recruiting experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists on a flexible contract basis to support a growing and diverse client caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking flexible working arrangements within a supportive, forward-thinking clinic model that works with children and young people presenting with a range of needs, including developmental delays, communication difficulties, neurodivergence, learning disabilities, and complex needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred assessment and intervention
  • Manage and prioritise a clinical caseload independently
  • Develop clear, functional therapy goals in collaboration with clients and families
  • Produce high-standard clinical reports and documentation
  • Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Contribute to therapy planning, reviews, and outcome measurement
  • Engage in regular supervision and CPD opportunities
  • Provide support and guidance to families, carers, and education or care staff where appropriate

What We're Looking For

  • Qualified and registered Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist
  • Experience working with children and/or adults with additional needs
  • Strong commitment to compassionate, person-centred practice
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
