About the Role
We are actively recruiting experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists on a flexible contract basis to support a growing and diverse client caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking flexible working arrangements within a supportive, forward-thinking clinic model that works with children and young people presenting with a range of needs, including developmental delays, communication difficulties, neurodivergence, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based, person-centred assessment and intervention
- Manage and prioritise a clinical caseload independently
- Develop clear, functional therapy goals in collaboration with clients and families
- Produce high-standard clinical reports and documentation
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Contribute to therapy planning, reviews, and outcome measurement
- Engage in regular supervision and CPD opportunities
- Provide support and guidance to families, carers, and education or care staff where appropriate
What We're Looking For
- Qualified and registered Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist
- Experience working with children and/or adults with additional needs
- Strong commitment to compassionate, person-centred practice
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- A proactive, flexible approach to service delivery
