Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? 21HSC are recruiting on behalf of Care Support Scotland who support people with a diverse range of care needs to live fulfilling, independent lives within their communities. The people they support include individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, acquired brain injuries, and mobility issues. They provide different levels of care tailored to everyone's needs, goals, and aspirations.

As a Support Worker for older adults within their supported living service, you will be delivering care in a highly person-centred way, ensuring everyone's support is tailored to their personal needs, goals, and aspirations. Support will include 24-hour care within supported accommodation in St Leonards.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual needs, goals, and aspirations.
  • Support individuals with daily living, personal care, emotional wellbeing, and social inclusion.
  • Contribute to support plans, including reviews, goal setting, and risk assessments.
  • Enable access to health, social, and community-based activities to promote independence.
