Do you have a dental background with an interest in both digital dentistry and full jaw implant rehabilitation? If so, read on... We are a clinical business focused exclusively on Fully Digital Full Mouth implants and Immediate Fixed Teeth. We have our own clinics nationwide and our own labs.

We are looking for a Dental Clinic Manager to work in our new state of the art clinic in Luton. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinic in Luton. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about healthcare, patient care, and working as a team. The ideal candidate will have previous management experience in a clinical or healthcare setting and a strong focus on delivering excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Ensure the clinic provides high-quality patient care while maintaining a positive and professional environment.
  • Manage clinic schedules and patient appointments.
  • Monitor and improve clinic performance, including patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Handle patient complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team and team leaders to improve clinic processes and patient care strategies.
