Identify potential challenges such as access restrictions, environmental considerations, and safety hazards. Document findings and communicate requirements clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Technical Planning and Documentation: Produce detailed technical plans including site layouts, firing system diagrams, power plans, and noise management strategies. Develop set‑up and set‑down schedules to ensure efficient and safe operations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for review, revision, and approval of all plans. Design creative and impactful fireworks displays tailored to client briefs and event themes. Incorporate synchronisation with music where required, ensuring precision timing and choreography. Select appropriate pyrotechnic products and firing sequences to achieve desired visual effects safely.

- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and produce accurate plans for complex displays.
- Skilled communicator with confidence to liaise with clients, suppliers, and on‑site teams.
- Strong understanding of health and safety principles and ability to uphold strict compliance standards.
