Are you an ambitious recruiter looking for the flexibility to work remotely while earning uncapped commission? 21c Staffing Solutions is expanding, and we're looking for motivated, relationship-driven Recruitment Consultants to help schools find exceptional education professionals. This is a 100% commission-only role, ideal for individuals who are driven by results and excited by unlimited earning potential.

We provide the training, systems, warm leads, and ongoing support to help you succeed from day one. You'll be joining a collaborative team where your contribution is valued, your success is recognised, and your earning potential is based on the results you achieve.

Location: Remote (UK) with occasional school visits and client meetings.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop strong relationships with schools and education providers.
  • Identify and secure new school partnerships.
  • Source, interview, and place high-quality Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), SEN professionals, and other education support staff.
  • Support candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Coordinate interviews, placements, and ongoing client relationships.
  • Manage your recruitment pipeline using our CRM.
  • Represent 21c Staffing Solutions with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service.
