You must have a proven track record within a similar environment and be used to a busy Hotel environment ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, standards and service at all times throughout.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Front Office Manager who can shine within a dynamic Management Team. Managing a team of Supervisors, Receptionists and Night Auditor/Porters, this is not a first time role. A leader who can inspire and train the team to Novotel standards and exceed guest expectations. You will be required to work flexible shifts with some weekend cover on a 40 hour contract.

Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
