• Show passion and creativity for food, ingredients, and flavors
• Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision
• Manage the kitchen operations and support the Head Chef in a busy environment
• Confidently manage, train, and share your knowledge with the team
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
