Located in the heart of London, Mercure London Bridge Hotel is looking for a Front Office Team Member / Receptionist to bring your sparkling personality to our team.

Your role as a Receptionist includes:
Being the ‘face of Mercure London Bridge’, welcoming guests warmly, prioritizing their well-being, and adding a personal touch to their stay.
Collaborating with various hotel departments to ensure a memorable guest experience.
Continuously improving hotel service quality with passion.
Additional information:
You will be trained in all front-of-house functions and safety procedures to support your success.
Fluency in English is required to effectively welcome and care for our guests.
