Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Commis Chef to join our dynamic culinary team in Birmingham, United Kingdom. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring chef to develop their skills and contribute to our kitchen\’s success.
- Assist in the preparation and production of a variety of dishes for our restaurant and events
- Learn and master fundamental cooking techniques whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent culinary qualification
- Passion for cooking and a genuine desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced culinary environment
- Strong work ethic and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Basic knife skills and understanding of various cooking methods
