As our next Chef de Partie, you will:

  • Show a passion and creativity for food, ingredients and flavours.
  • Lead the team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with pride and precision.
  • Be responsible for running a section and supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.
  • Be confident in managing, training and passing on your knowledge to the team.
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene and Health and Safety standards.
  • Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Main responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the application of the basic health and safety regulations, especially the HACCP standards.
  • You will set up and prepare all workstation, food preparation and dishes as per the head chef requirement.
  • You will ensure a constant follow up on the cleanliness of the kitchen areas.
  • You will be involved in any work preparation in front of the guest and play a part in the success of the service.
  • You will be involved in the renewal of food and beverage offer.
  • You are conscientious about food costs but at the same time ensure that the quality of food produced.
  • You will organise your work to meet the objectives set and the fluctuations in workload.
  • You will be involved in the order/delivery process and the control of the quality of the delivery received according to the food safety policy of the hotel.
  • You will lead the service during the absence of the head chef.
