Are you a passionate foodie who is not afraid of thinking outside the box? As Food and Beverage Manager at Accor, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurants, bars, and other food and beverage outlets. This includes managing the F&B team to ensure guests receive heartfelt care in their dining experience and that the business remains profitable. You will strategically lead the team to take guest satisfaction to the next level.

  • Ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service
  • Training, mentoring, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service

  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing ordering to minimize waste and maximize profitability
  • Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues or complaints promptly

Your experience and skills ideally should include:

  • Experience of running events and restaurant operations
  • Service focused personality is essential and previous leadership experience required
  • Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
  • Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearly with strong networking skills
  • Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance

You will have the opportunity to be part of a high energy, fun team that delivers excellent customer service each day to all our guests. Our hotel offers 356 rooms, within very close proximity to London Heathrow Airport. The hotel features a restaurant operating for breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a large outdoor car park. To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.
