We are looking for CeMAP qualified candidates (or working towards qualification) with solid experience in a mortgage, financial planning, or wealth management environment.
Responsibilities and Focus
- Manage mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Support advisers with research and recommendations
- Provide tailored mortgage advice to clients
- Handle mortgage and protection administration
- Case management and application processing
- Client relationship management
- Lender and provider liaison
- Adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements
- Support financial planning and mortgage advisory activities
- Oversee end-to-end mortgage journeys
Qualifications and Skills
- CeMAP qualified or actively working toward CeMAP
- Experience in mortgage, financial planning, or wealth management environments
- Strong administration, case management, and processing capabilities
- Excellent client relationship management
- Regulatory and compliance awareness
