Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis to support the development of pricing strategies, including elasticity modeling, lifetime value analysis, and commission optimisation.
- Implement and maintain pricing models, including real‑time commission setting and variable deposit structures for instalment business.
- Collaborate with commercial and technical teams to refine pricing models using tools such as Earnix.
- Monitor pricing performance and provide actionable insights to improve conversion, retention, and profitability.
- Assist in fraud detection and risk selection analytics to support pricing integrity.
- Support insurer pricing initiatives by analysing risk selection and identifying opportunities for market expansion.
- Ensure pricing models and decisions comply with regulatory standards and internal governance.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
Key Skills and Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in pricing analysis within the insurance or financial services sector.
