We’re looking for a proactive Commercial Executive to join our team and provide vital support in managing insurer and distribution relationships, delivering commercial initiatives, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in insurance, with exposure to strategic projects, partner negotiations, and market analysis.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in executing the commercial strategy through day-to-day operations and projects.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, presentations and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support onboarding and management of new distribution partners and capacity providers.
  • Act as a point of contact for insurers, aggregators and partners, ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.
  • Gather and analyse market data, competitor activity and pricing trends to support decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations, GDPR and internal policies.
  • Support budget preparation, forecasts and KPI tracking.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment on commercial initiatives.

About the Candidate

Experience

  • Experience in insurance or financial services role (brokerage experience desirable).
  • Exposure to motor and SME insurance products advantageous.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.

  • Good numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
