We’re recruiting an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join our client’s growing compliance team. This is a varied role covering the West Midlands, carrying out risk assessments as well as legionella hygiene works to help clients maintain safe, compliant water systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete Legionella risk assessments across commercial, industrial and residential sites
  • Inspect hot & cold water systems, cooling towers and associated assets
  • Carry out temperature monitoring, water sampling and hygiene works
  • Produce clear, detailed reports with practical recommendations
  • Advise clients on remedial actions and compliance with ACOP L8 / HSG274
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate findings effectively

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in Legionella risk assessment or water hygiene
  • Strong understanding of ACOP L8, HSG274 and H&S legislation
  • Relevant Legionella training/certification
  • Excellent reporting and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
  • Full UK driving licence
