We’re recruiting an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join our client’s growing compliance team. This is a varied role covering the West Midlands, carrying out risk assessments as well as legionella hygiene works to help clients maintain safe, compliant water systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete Legionella risk assessments across commercial, industrial and residential sites
- Inspect hot & cold water systems, cooling towers and associated assets
- Carry out temperature monitoring, water sampling and hygiene works
- Produce clear, detailed reports with practical recommendations
- Advise clients on remedial actions and compliance with ACOP L8 / HSG274
- Maintain accurate records and communicate findings effectively
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in Legionella risk assessment or water hygiene
- Strong understanding of ACOP L8, HSG274 and H&S legislation
- Relevant Legionella training/certification
- Excellent reporting and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage a varied workload
- Full UK driving licence
