We're currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead our clients busy internal sales team from their HQ. Our client, a market leader within their industry, are one of the fastest-growing wholesalers in Europe. Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for leading and developing the internal sales team to maximise revenue, strengthen customer relationships and deliver on sales targets. This role plays a key part in aligning sales operations with their wider commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, coach and motivate the internal sales team
- Set performance objectives and conduct regular reviews
- Manage team workload and priorities
- Sales & Business Development
- Drive new business and nurture existing accounts
- Oversee quotations, pricing and order accuracy
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities
