Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate and support a small warehouse team
- Oversee goods in/out, stock movement and general warehouse workflow
- Operate forklifts when required and support daily hands-on tasks
- Ensure safe working practices and compliance across the warehouse
- Work closely with management to meet daily targets and improve processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a warehouse leadership or senior operative role
- Hands-on approach with strong communication skills
- Ideally hold a Counterbalance or Reach forklift licence
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lead by example

Monday to Friday 06:00-15:00
