We're currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Sliding Head Programmer to join our client's established team on a permanent basis. Previous experience is essential. Knowledge of using CNC Wizard would also be advantageous. Our client is a reputable manufacturer based in the Tipton area.
Responsibilities include:
- Programming, setting & operating Citizen CNC machinery
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Utilise CNC Wizard software
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Perform routine maintenance & safety checks
- Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, working with sliding head machines
- Proficiency in programming and operating Citizen machinery, CNC Wizard and Fanuc controls
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30
Friday 07:30-14:00
