We are currently recruiting for an experienced Internal Sales Manager to lead our client's busy internal sales team from their HQ. Our client, a market leader within their industry, is one of the fastest-growing wholesalers in Europe. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic business at the forefront of its industry, where your leadership and commercial insight will directly shape growth and customer success.

Role Overview: You’ll be responsible for leading and developing the internal sales team to maximise revenue, strengthen customer relationships and deliver on sales targets. This role plays a key part in aligning sales operations with their wider commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management
  • Lead, coach and motivate the internal sales team
  • Set performance objectives and conduct regular reviews
  • Manage team workload and priorities
  • Sales & Business Development
  • Drive new business and nurture existing accounts
  • Oversee quotations, pricing and order accuracy
  • Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Build strong relationships with key clients
  • Ensure timely handling of enquiries and after-sales support
  • Resolve escalated issues professionally
  • Operational & Commercial Support
  • Monitor pipeline, forecasting and reporting
  • Ensure CRM data is accurate and insightful

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and people management
  • Proven B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-driven with strong analytical thinking
  • CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Organised and able to manage multiple priorities

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in internal sales management or senior sales role
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding targets

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30
