We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep our clients' site clean, tidy and safe. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining a well-kept environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • General yard maintenance and building cleaning
  • Grass cutting, weed pulling and basic grounds upkeep
  • Sweeping, litter picking and keeping walkways clear
  • Ensuring waste materials are sorted and placed in the correct recycling streams
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the site manager

What We’re Looking For:

  • Someone dependable with a good work ethic
  • Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
  • Able to work independently and follow site standards
