We are actively recruiting for a Brake Press Setter/Operator to join our client's busy team based in Tamworth. This role involves working as part of the production team to deliver high quality components, mainly for the rail industries, with a right first time philosophy.
- The successful Press Brake Setter must have previous experience working with Amada brake presses.
- You will be able to demonstrate that you can produce components from drawing/planning route cards to the highest quality, and within the routed time.
- Show a proactive and innovative approach to supporting the team, thrive on problem solving and have a natural desire to contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
- You will be able to interpret technical drawings and use hand held inspection equipment such as height gauges and vernier calipers.
Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm
- Friday 7am-12pm
