We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Grounds Maintenance Operative to keep our clients' site clean, tidy and safe. This is a part-time role ideal for someone who enjoys outdoor work and takes pride in maintaining a well-kept environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- General yard maintenance and building cleaning
- Grass cutting, weed pulling and basic grounds upkeep
- Sweeping, litter picking and keeping walkways clear
- Ensuring waste materials are sorted and placed in the correct recycling streams
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the site manager
What We Are Looking For:
- Someone dependable with a good work ethic
- Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
- Able to work independently and follow site standards
- Previous cleaning or grounds maintenance experience is helpful but not essential
Working hours:
2 days per week (hours to be discussed)
