We\’re recruiting for a reliable General Operative to join our clients busy production team, based in Telford. If you’ve worked in a manufacturing environment and enjoy being hands-on, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities: * Assist with general production tasks across the shop floor * Operate basic machinery and equipment (training provided) * Carry out visual inspections and quality checks * Pack and prepare finished goods for dispatch * Maintain a clean and safe working environment * Support other departments as required Requirements: * Previous experience in a manufacturing/engineering/warehouse environment essential * Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic * Willingness to learn and take on new tasks * Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team * Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious Working hours: * Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00
