We\βre recruiting for experienced CNC Machine Operators to join our clients busy team. Our client is a well established manufacturer based in Telford, producing high quality components. We\βre seeking candidates that are confident with milling, turning and thread rolling. Responsibilities: * Operate CNC machines including milling, turning and thread rolling equipment * Set up machines and adjust tooling as required * Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications * Conduct quality checks using measuring equipment (e.g., micrometers, verniers) * Maintain a clean and safe working environment * Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and targets Requirements: * Proven experience operating CNC milling and turning machines * Thread rolling experience * Ability to read technical drawings and follow specifications * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Good communication and teamwork skills * Flexibility to work shifts and overtime when required Working hours: * Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00
