212 Pilates Edit is a modern reformer Pilates studio based in Birmingham, focused on creating a luxury fitness experience. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for two enthusiastic and creative students to join our team and gain hands-on experience in marketing and business operations. This placement offers the opportunity to work on real projects, contribute new ideas, and gain valuable experience within a growing wellness brand.
About the role
As a Marketing & Operations Placement Student, you'll work alongside another intern, collaborating on a variety of exciting projects that support the growth of the business. No two days will be the same, and you'll have the opportunity to gain experience across marketing, social media, events and business development.
Responsibilities
- Create, film and edit content for TikTok, Instagram and Reels.
- Schedule and upload social media content.
- Brainstorm creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas.
- Research current social media trends and competitors.
- Reach out to influencers and content creators.
- Contact brands for collaboration opportunities.
- Recruit and communicate with brand ambassadors.
- Assist with planning and promoting studio events.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Help identify new opportunities to grow the business.
