We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in conversations with clients, listen and build relationships to understand their requirements.
- Develop tailor‑made solutions for unique client needs, avoiding a “one size fits all” approach.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; on‑site training, workshops, coaching and industry qualification support will be provided.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Passion for the insurance subject; knowledge of specialised areas such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, fine art, etc. is valuable.
- Ambitious and goal‑driven, ready to build rapport quickly and provide clients with the best solution.
