We are actively looking for an
Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team.
This is a great opportunity to start a career in insurance with full on‑site training and the chance to gain industry‑recognised qualifications.
Responsibilities
- Talk to clients, listen closely and build strong relationships.
- Understand each client’s requirements and craft tailor‑made solutions.
- Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit and passion for the subject area (e. g., equine, motorhomes, fine art, marine, etc.).
- Work collaboratively to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide clients with the best insurance solutions and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and creativity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a genuine passion for insurance.
- Previous sales experience is desirable but not required – on‑site training will be provided.
