We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join the Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with new and existing clients ranging from sole traders to MD/CEO of large organisations.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve sales objectives.
- Win new business and develop long‑lasting relationships with B2B clients.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive the best outcome for clients.
- Consultatively assess client requirements, advise on products and solutions, and find a "path to yes".
Qualifications
- Experience in winning new business and building B2B relationships.
- Passion for developing business through marketing, community engagement, networking, client meetings.
- Tenacious, business curious, proactive learner.
- Consultative skills, ability to question effectively, active listening, comprehensive understanding of client needs.
