We are seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join our growing team. The role involves supporting day-to-day operations of a branch, coaching team members, and making evidence-based decisions to deliver client results.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day running of the branch.
  • Develop and coach team members to realise their potential and develop their skills.
  • Lead with a people-first mindset, supporting and empowering the team to deliver world-class service.
  • Analyse data and make evidence-based decisions while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Make timely decisions that are in the best interest of clients, teams and the business.
  • Seek new business opportunities and care for the existing client base.
