About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our Consumer & Local Commercial team. In this position you will build rapport with new and existing clients ranging from sole traders to senior executives, working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with B2B clients.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities to drive the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Engage in marketing, community outreach, networking and client meetings to strengthen our market presence.
  • Consult with clients, listen to their needs, and advise on products and solutions while seeking a path to agreement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience winning new business and maintaining long‑lasting client relationships.
  • Strong passion for business development through networking, marketing and community engagement.
  • Tenacity, curiosity and a consultative approach to client service.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to question effectively and listen actively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
