We are actively looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. About you: You will enjoy conversations with people, listening and building relationships to understand client requirements. You have strong problem-solving skills and can create tailor-made solutions. We look for individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for the subject area, including interests such as equine insurance, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, and fine art. Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients through conversations, listen actively, and build relationships to understand their requirements.
- Develop tailor-made insurance solutions, recognizing that there is no “one size fits all” approach.
- Work with clients to provide the best insurance solutions based on their needs.
- Utilise on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support to pursue industry qualifications.
Qualifications & Attributes:
- No previous experience required; on-site training, workshops, coaching, and support through industry qualifications are provided.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Passion and entrepreneurial mindset; ambition to grow within the organisation; interest in insurance specialties (e.g., equine, campervans, motorhomes, classic cars, motorbikes, marine, fine art).
- Ambition to progress; ability to build rapport quickly and deliver client-focused solutions.
