About the Role
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for your own profit & loss, with the freedom to seek out new business opportunities and the support to grow your branch.
You will also be accountable for the first‑rate service that we deliver to our existing clients through coaching and developing a team, aiming to retain policies and drive loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Own the branch P&L and drive profitability.
- Seek out and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain high‑standard client service, coaching and developing staff.
- Retain policies and drive client loyalty.
- Analyse data and make evidence‑based decisions.
- Act quickly, making decisions in the best interest of clients, teams, and the business.
