Responsibilities
- Manage branch profit & loss.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Deliver first‑rate service to existing clients.
- Co‑coach and develop the team to retain policies and drive loyalty.
- Analyse data and make evidence‑based decisions.
- Make timely decisions in the best interest of clients, teams, and the business.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong experience with Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance products.
- Collaborative mindset with a track record of delivering results.
- People‑first approach, supporting and empowering teams.
- Commercial acumen and data analysis capabilities.
- Enthusiasm and resilience, with the ability to manage an existing client base while pursuing new opportunities.
