Commercial Account Handler

About the role

We are actively looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team.

Responsibilities

In this role you will build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs/CEOs of large organisations, and work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

You will review client documentation to ensure it is comprehensive and accurate to support the quoting process. You will build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards. You will assist the Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention, whilst exceeding customer expectations and meeting FCA requirements.

You will process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support and improve client service, internal process execution and facilitate informed analysis. You are willing to learn and adapt each day, and you will progress your career as a Commercial Account Handler.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, ability to build relationships, compliance awareness, data processing skills, and a willingness to learn are required.
