We are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join our Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team. In this role you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to MDs and CEOs of large organisations.
  • Work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
  • Review client documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate information to support the quoting process.
  • Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving high levels of renewal retention.
  • Support FCA requirements and exceed customer expectations.
  • Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, internal process execution and informed analysis.

Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to daily changes.
  • Experience in processing data accurately on relevant systems.
  • Understanding of FCA compliance requirements.
