About the Role
Howden is actively looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join its Consumer & Local Commercial team. In this role you will build rapport with new and existing clients, ranging from sole traders to the MD/CEO of large organisations, and work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build rapport with new and existing clients.
- Review client documentation to ensure comprehensive and accurate information to support quoting.
- Assist Commercial Account Executives in achieving renewal retention and exceeding customer expectations.
- Process data promptly and accurately on relevant systems to support client service, internal process execution and facilitate informed analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and external contacts to meet expectations and compliance standards.
