Role Overview
We are looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join the Howden Consumer & Local Commercial team.
The position involves building relationships with a wide range of B2B clients – from sole traders to CEOs of large organisations – and working closely with the Branch Manager to reach business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain rapport with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through marketing, community engagement, networking and client meetings.
- Provide consultative advice to clients, fully understanding requirements and presenting suitable products and solutions.
- Drive a ‘path to yes’ approach, focusing on delivering positive outcomes for clients.
